Role Overview
You'll help shape the product strategy and roadmap as Aloi develops its platform and expands into new markets.
Working closely with customers, engineering, design and commercial teams, you'll identify where Decision Intelligence can deliver the greatest value, validate opportunities and translate them into scalable product capabilities. You'll need to balance immediate customer needs with the longer-term development of a coherent platform.
What You Will Do
- Develop a deep understanding of customer workflows, decision-making processes and unmet needs.
- Define product strategy, priorities and roadmaps in collaboration with company leadership.
- Translate customer problems into clear requirements, use cases and product specifications.
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver effective product experiences.
- Validate ideas through customer discovery, testing and iterative development.
- Balance bespoke customer requests with reusable capabilities that serve a broader market.
- Define success measures and use product data and customer feedback to guide decisions.
- Align product, engineering and commercial teams around priorities and outcomes.
- Help identify opportunities to extend the platform into adjacent professional-services markets.
Who We Think You Are
- Experienced in product management for B2B software, enterprise technology or AI products.Experience with AI products, legal technology, financial services or other complex professional workflows is an advantage.
- Strong at identifying underlying customer problems and prioritising what matters.
- Comfortable working with technical teams and translating complexity into clear decisions.
- Commercially minded, with a focus on adoption, customer outcomes and scalable product value.
- Able to make decisions in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- An effective communicator who builds alignment across disciplines.
