Role Overview
You'll sit at the intersection of technology, product and commercial teams, helping customers understand how Aloi can address their specific challenges.
From technical discovery and product demonstrations to integrations and implementation planning, you'll translate customer requirements into solutions that are technically robust and commercially meaningful. You'll also bring insights from the field back into product development.
What You Will Do
- Lead technical discovery to understand customer workflows, data environments and business requirements.
- Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Explain how Aloi's retrieval, AI and data capabilities translate into practical customer outcomes.
- Assess integration requirements, technical constraints and deployment considerations.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to develop solutions for customer use cases.
- Support proofs of concept and technical evaluations.
- Identify recurring customer needs and help turn bespoke requirements into scalable product capabilities.
- Develop reusable demonstrations, technical materials and solution frameworks.
Who We Think You Are
- Experienced in solutions engineering, sales engineering, technical consulting or enterprise implementation.
- Comfortable discussing technical architecture, data flows, APIs and integrations.
- Able to explain complex technology clearly to different audiences.
- Practical and structured in your approach to solving customer problems.
- Comfortable working across commercial and technical teams in a fast-moving environment.
- Interested in AI and the challenges of deploying technology in demanding professional environments.
Experience with enterprise AI, legal technology or financial services is an advantage.
