We're starting with legal services and expanding into investment banking, creating products for professionals who need clarity and confidence when working with complex information.
Role Overview
You'll help define how people interact with Aloi's platform, translating sophisticated AI capabilities into intuitive workflows and interfaces.
Working closely with product managers, lawyers and engineers, you'll research customer needs, explore design approaches and deliver experiences that make complex information easier to navigate and act upon. You'll help establish a consistent product experience as the platform develops.
What You Will Do
- Research customer needs and understand how professionals work with complex information.
- Map workflows and identify opportunities to make decision-making more effective.
- Design interfaces, interactions and prototypes for new and existing capabilities.
- Work with product, lawyers and engineering teams to deliver designs from concept to production.
- Evaluate designs with users and refine experiences based on feedback.
- Develop reusable patterns and contribute to the evolution of the design system.
- Balance usability, visual quality, technical constraints and product priorities.

- Strong in interaction design, prototyping and visual communication.
- Comfortable working through ambiguity and iterating based on user feedback.
- Able to collaborate closely with product managers and engineers in a fast paced environment.
- Interested in simplifying complex workflows and information-rich environments.
- Thoughtful about how people understand, evaluate and trust AI-generated information.
- Experience with enterprise software, data-intensive products or AI-enabled workflows is an advantage.
